When you order, we need to know your name, address, telephone number, email address, cheque/bank details and credit or debit card number, the card's expiry date and issue number/start date when applicable. This allows us to process your booking form and send you a confirmation. We also need to know your party details, arrival date/time, etc so that we can prepare the Cottage for your arrival and of any special requirements you might have.
